Does my client need an account?
Not to submit feedback. Anyone on an allowed website can use the widget. To follow reports and send replies, you invite the client to a private portal with a temporary password they change at first sign-in.
Can I try it without setting up a project?
Yes. Open the live demo, click the visiofeed button and mark an area. You can fill in the real feedback form and submit a report without registering.
What can the screenshot capture?
visiofeed captures the selected area from the page’s HTML. Foreign iframes, protected images and some video or canvas content may be missing. Clients can review the capture, try again or upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP screenshot up to 5 MiB.
